Over more than 18 years, I’ve led teams of 80+ people across the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East, at companies including Amazon, Pinterest, Doctolib and Careem. My work connects product strategy, design, technology and organizational leadership to turn complexity into clarity and ideas into impact.
Today, I lead Design at Careem, shaping a 50-person organization for an AI-driven future. We are evolving our design systems and workflows, and I drive UX and design strategy across Careem and Uber.
Alongside my executive roles, I advise founders and leadership teams of AI and SaaS companies on product strategy, organizational scaling and profitability.
